Terms & Conditions - eHunar Program

Welcome to the eHunar Program - Hunarmand Kamyab Jawan Program. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

• Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants must meet the minimum educational qualifications required for the specific course they are applying for.
• Application Process
  • The application form must be filled with accurate and complete details. Any misinformation may result in disqualification.
  • All applicants must pass the eHunar Admission Test to proceed with enrollment. Failing the test will result in disqualification for the current batch.
  • Applicants can reapply for the next available batch if disqualified in the current one.
• Admission Fee
  • The application processing fee for each course is PKR 3000. Applicants may enroll in multiple courses.
  • Payment of the processing fee must be completed within the specified deadline, failing which, the application will be canceled.
• Fee Refund Policy
  • Application fee is non-refundable.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Access
  • Upon successful admission, students will receive login credentials for the eHunar Learning Portal.
  • Students are required to complete all lessons, assignments, and assessments through the Portal to qualify for certification.
  • Progress must be maintained as per the course schedule. Failing to meet deadlines or assessments may result in the inability to complete the course.
• Code of Conduct
  • Students must adhere to respectful and professional conduct during their coursework.
  • Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty will lead to disqualification from the program.
  • Any misuse of the LMS or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or other students will result in suspension or expulsion from the program.
• Course Completion & Certification
  • A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course, provided that the student passes all required assessments and meets the minimum attendance requirements.
  • eHunar certificates are verifiable online and can be used for job applications and other professional purposes.
• Changes to Courses and Schedules
  • eHunar reserves the right to make changes to course content, schedules, or instructors if necessary.
  • Students will be informed of any changes to their courses or schedules through email or the LMS.
• Disclaimer of Liability
  • eHunar is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained while attending any online or offline training sessions.
  • eHunar makes no guarantees regarding employment opportunities after the completion of any course.
• Intellectual Property
  • All content provided in eHunar courses, including lectures, materials, and assessments, are the intellectual property of eHunar. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of this content without permission is prohibited.
• Data Privacy
  • eHunar collects personal data during the registration process to facilitate course enrollment and administration.
  • We are committed to safeguarding your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Termination of Enrollment
  • We reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in misconduct.
• Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

By enrolling in any eHunar program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or other disciplinary actions.
