Refund Policy - eHunar Program

At eHunar, we are committed to providing quality education and training services to our students. Before enrolling, we encourage all applicants to carefully review our courses and admission requirements. Please note that once you have paid the admission fee, the following refund policy applies:

1. Non-Refundable Fee Policy

Admission Fee is Non-Refundable: Once you have submitted the admission fee for any eHunar course, the fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

This applies to all cases, including:

  • Course Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw or discontinue your course after payment, no refund will be issued.

  • Failure to Complete: If you fail to complete the admission process, course assignments, or final assessments, the processing fee will not be refunded.

  • Non-Eligibility or Disqualification: If you are found to be ineligible for the course, or if your application is disqualified for any reason during the review process, the processong fee is non-refundable.

2. Refunds in Special Cases

In extremely rare cases, such as technical errors or payment mistakes, refunds may be considered. To qualify for a refund under such circumstances, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Technical Issues During Payment: If you encounter a technical issue during payment processing (e.g., double charges, system error), contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the payment to request a refund investigation.

  • Payment Mistakes: If you mistakenly paid the admission fee for an incorrect course or program, contact us immediately for a possible resolution before starting the course.

3. Refund Process for Special Cases

  • Refund Request: To submit a refund request in special cases, email [email protected] with all necessary details, including proof of payment, transaction details, and the reason for the refund request.

  • Review & Decision: Our accounts team will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days. Please note that the decision to issue a refund in these rare cases will be at the sole discretion of eHunar.

  • Refund Timeframe: If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 14 business days to process the refund and return the payment to your original payment method.

4. Course Transfer or Deferment

While application processing fees are non-refundable, students may request to transfer or defer their enrollment to another course or future batch if unforeseen circumstances arise. All transfer or deferment requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and approval by eHunar administration.
